TRAINING SERVICES

  • All new clients will receive a 30 minute complimentary health assessment.

    This session allows Amy to gather starting measurements, assess form, mobility & range of motion & set your goals for training. It should be booked before your first training session.

    This session can also be booked by those who aren’t sure which offering if best for them & would like to meet Amy before they commit to training.

  • 30-45 minutes

    Join in from anywhere in the world! A maximum of 4 people in each class, ensures each attendee receives the appropriate support, guidance & instruction. Small group functional training circuits are for those that enjoy the motivation of working out with others, need a quick & effective workout & don’t have specific goals/needs that require 1:1 training.

    These classes will run online via zoom with any number of participants - there is no minimum.

  • This package includes 2 x private 30 minute training sessions & 1 months worth of exercise programming.

    To kick things off, you'll need to book a complimentary health assessment, the first private session is to deliver your program and ensure you're set up for success. The second is to track your progress & ensure you're reaching your goals. We’ll regularly track your progress via a private google sheet to keep you motivated and accountable.

Amy is a fully qualified & insured personal trainer with over 5 years experience in the health & fitness industry. She has worked at world class gyms in Sydney & Brisbane where she ran small group functional training classes & 1:1 personal training sessions.

After years of working in a gym, Amy realised her passion for the outdoors & her love for training people in the natural environment. Her outdoor fitness training style involves a mix of cardio, body weight exercises & resistance equipment to promote lean muscle mass & improving body composition. She loves training small groups & the energy/healthy competition that brings to a session!
