What does HEALTH actually mean?
Health is not a destination. Health is not a linear progression towards something better. Health is not merely the absence of disease.
Health is a VERB.
Health is something we actively partake in everyday through the moment-by-moment, micro & macro CHOICES we make.
The people we surround ourselves with. The food we consume. The clothes we wear. The thoughts we entertain. The words we use with one another. The environment we live in. The list goes on.
There is no ‘failing’ with health, simply only bumps in the road or obstacles to navigate. Health is the ACTIONS you take to achieve the goals that create YOUR vision of health.
Health is a dynamic, constantly evolving concept that we engage in to FEEL & BE the best versions of our WHOLE selves. That’s why you need a health practitioner that will be by your side at every bump, twist & turn in that journey.
